We will never forget Ruth's kindness to Sue when Sue was having a real crisis and she sat and held Sue's hand and stayed with her all day and looked after her. We only found out later that it was just after John died and that it was a time when most of us would be locked into our own grief. Not Ruth. A lovely friend, a true Christian ... and really great fun!
